The Salvation Army’s Women’s Ministries section at International Headquarters recently launched an exhibition featuring testimonies of women from around the world. The title, “The waters are rising, but so am I,” is attributed to the words of Catherine Booth.

The exhibition “shares something of the greater story of womanhood, resilience and overcoming difficulty with faith and determination.” Testimonies are from women within The Salvation Army who have risen up against all odds.
